Subscription & Billing
What can I use for free?
The free version of the App provides basic functionality, including a dhikr counter and a selection of duas and dhikr. A subscription unlocks the full experience with all content, collections, streaks, and more.
How much does a subscription cost?
- Monthly: $9.99/month
- Lifetime Access: $79.99 (one-time purchase)
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your iPhone Settings > tap your name at the top > Subscriptions > Dhikr > Cancel Subscription. You can also manage your subscription at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open the App and go to Settings > Restore Purchases. This will restore any active subscription linked to your Apple ID.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Dhikr purchase, and submit a refund request.
Account
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Please cancel your subscription before deleting your account to avoid continued billing.
Can I use my account on multiple devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same Apple or Google account on any device. Your subscription will be recognized on all devices signed in with the same Apple ID. Note that app data (counter, saved items, streaks) is currently stored locally on each device.
What happens if I lose internet connection?
The App works offline. Your data is stored locally on your device, so you can continue using the counter, browsing dhikr and duas, and tracking your streaks without an internet connection. A connection is only needed for signing in and verifying your subscription.
App Features
Where does the dhikr and dua content come from?
All content is sourced from the Quran and authenticated hadith collections (Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, and other major collections). Every item includes its source reference and scholarly grading. We only include content graded Sahih (authentic) or Hasan (good) by recognized Islamic scholars.
How do I report incorrect content?
Email us at support.team@dhikranddua.com with the specific dhikr or dua and the issue you noticed. We take content accuracy very seriously and will investigate promptly.
How does the counter work?
Tap the counter to increment. Your count is saved automatically. You can set daily goals and track your streaks over time.
